Let’s make this Eid and Father’s Day super special!

This year, Eid and Father’s Day are falling in the same week — double the joy, double the celebrations! 🎉 So let’s do something extra sweet for the most awesome man in your life — Dad!

We’ll make him a “Best Dad” ribbon medal and a trophy he’ll treasure forever! 🥇🏆
It’s fun, easy, and the perfect way to show your love.

🎀 What You’ll Need:

For the Ribbon Medal:

• 2 pieces of ribbon (4 inches each, any colour you like!)
• 2 paper or felt circles (about 2 inches wide)
• 2 strips of paper (12 inches long, 2 inches wide)
• Glue

For the Trophy:

• 2 paper cups
• Golden wrapping paper (or any shiny paper)
• Scissors or a pen cutter (ask an adult for help!)
• Glue
• Pencil ✏️
• Ruler 📏

🎖 Let’s Make the Ribbon Medal First!

1. Take one of your 12-inch paper strips and fold it back and forth like an accordion.
2. Roll it into a circle and glue the ends together.
3. Gently press the middle down to make it flat and glue it to stay in place.
4. Glue one felt or paper circle on the front and one on the back.
5. Now, glue your ribbon strips on the back like tails.

🎉 Your medal is ready! Write “Dad of the Year” or “Super Dad” on it and set it aside.

🏆 Now Let’s Make the Trophy!

1. Take one paper cup and cut off the bottom third — this part will be the base of the trophy.
2. Use the larger piece left over from the same cup to make the neck. Cut it down to about 8 cm tall.
3. Roll this neck piece and glue it into a tube shape.
4. From the leftover piece, cut two strips (10 cm by 1 cm) — these will be your handles.
5. Wrap both cups, the neck, and the handles with shiny gold paper! ✨
6. Glue the handles to the main cup.
7. Then glue the neck to the base, and finally glue the cup on top of the neck.

🎊 Tada! Your golden trophy is ready!

💌 Final Touch

Write a sweet message like “World’s Best Dad” or “My Hero” on the trophy and your ribbon medal. You can use a marker or cut out letters from coloured paper!

🎁 Now It’s Time to Surprise Dad!

Give him the medal and trophy with a big hug. He’ll feel like a true champion! 🏅
