Hi crafty friends! 🎨
The school year is ending, and it’s time to say goodbye, good luck, or even just “You’re awesome!” to your teachers and friends. One of the best ways to share your feelings is by giving them a handmade card — and we have a super cool one for you today!

This isn’t just any card… it hides your message in a fun and secret way! Ready to make it? Let’s go!

🎒 What You’ll Need:

• 2 coloured A4 papers (choose different colours — we used rust and black)
• A pair of scissors ✂️
• Colourful markers (try gold or silver too!)

🛠️ Let’s Make It!

Step 1:
Take your black paper and turn it sideways (landscape). Now fold it into 4 equal parts so the folded edge is in the middle (like a small book). 📖

Step 2:
Use a pencil to mark the folded side with small lines, one centimetre apart from top to bottom.

Step 3:
Carefully cut along each line — but only until the middle crease. Ask an adult to help if you need! ✂️

Step 4:
Keep cutting along all the marks. These will become little flaps.

Step 5:
Now gently bend the flaps — one to the right, one to the left, and so on. It should look like a zigzag!

Step 6:
Take your second coloured paper and cut out two strips that match the size of the flaps.

Step 7:
Slide the strips through the zigzag flaps you made. This will create a cool pop-up effect inside your card! 🎉

Step 8:
Write your special message, a joke, a secret wish, or anything fun on the folded flaps. 📝

Step 9:
Decorate the outside of your card however you like — stripes, polka dots, stars, or even glitter! 🌟

And there you have it — your own Secret Message Card! It’s a wonderful way to surprise someone with a smile. 😊
