Mother’s Day is the perfect time to show our moms how much we love them. Of course, we should tell them we love them every day, but this day is a great chance to do something extra sweet—like making a handmade gift!

Here’s a fun and easy craft to create a beautiful wind chime that your mom will treasure forever. You don’t need to buy anything fancy—just use what you have at home and add lots of love!

🌸 What You’ll Need:

• A piece of cardboard (6×6 or 8×8 inches)
• A4 coloured paper (black works great, but choose your favourite)
• Five small pictures (about 2 inches) of you with your mom or family
• OR flower stickers, drawings, or any pretty images
• A printed or handwritten message for your mom
• Glue stick and hot glue (ask an adult for help!)
• Scissors
• Colourful beads (optional)
• Ribbon (pick a colour that matches your pictures)
• Fake flowers or flower stickers
• Five feathers (optional)

🛠 How to Make It:

1. Cut & Cover
   Use a bowl or any round object to trace and cut a circle from the cardboard. Cover it with your coloured paper.
2. Add Your Message
   Glue your sweet message to the center of the circle.
3. Prepare the Pictures
   Glue each picture to a piece of cardboard (same size) to make them sturdier. Then, paste them onto slightly larger coloured paper to create a nice frame.
4. Attach the Ribbons
   Cut five ribbons (each about 10 inches long). Glue them to the back of your cardboard circle, spacing them out evenly.
5. Decorate the Front
   Make it pretty! Add flower stickers or fake flowers around the edge of the circle.
6. Add the Pictures to the Ribbons
   Lay out the ribbons to plan where you want each picture. Then, carefully glue the pictures in place. (Hot glue works best, but ask for help!)
7. Add Beads and Feathers (Optional)
   Want to make it fancier? Add a bead and a feather below each picture—or decorate with anything sparkly or fun!
8. Make a Hanger
   Loop a piece of ribbon or string and glue it to the back of the circle so your chime can hang up.
